The council has a tobacco/smoking policy which complies with the terms of the Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Prohibition of Smoking in Certain Premises (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
When you signed the tenancy agreement for your new home, you accepted a number of responsibilities which were explained to you by your community based housing officer. These responsibilities are to do with the care you take of your home, your neighbours and your neighbourhood. They are intended to make sure that you and your neighbours can live in your homes in peace and comfort.
Electric vehicle charging points make it easy for eco-friendly drivers to charge electric cars whilst they are out and about. We understand that tenants will want to charge their electric cars at home and have provided some guidance on installing charging points
