Customer Information Service (CIS)
The Customer Information Service (CIS) is open on an appointment basis to deal with enquiries regarding all council services.

Customers should phone 01506 280150 to speak with one of our officers and book an appointment.
The phone line operates between the hours of 9am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 3.30pm on a Friday.
Currently there is no drop-in service and customers are requested to attend the appointment alone where possible.
Attending your appointment
Please follow these simple steps:
Arrive at your appointment time. We have limited seating in our CIS offices (including waiting areas).
Remain seated throughout your enquiry so that you remain behind the safety screen.
If you are unwell, then please call ahead to rearrange your appointment.
Our staff are here to help you, please respect them at all times.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible.
Near Me video appointments
Near ME is a video consulting service that enables people to attend appointments from home or wherever is convenient.
The Customer Information Service are piloting the Near ME service and we will be running a drop-in session which is complementary to our face to face appointments.
Fully trained CIS Advisers will provide the service with the aim being to provide the customer with a convenient way to access WLC services without attending a CIS office.
CIS are still open for face to face appointments.
Payment Offices
Payment Offices at Arrochar House (Livingston) and The Jim Walker Partnership Centre (Bathgate) are open for business as usual with no appointment required.
