Payment Office Closures

West Lothian Council currently had two payment offices: one in the Jim Walker Partnership Centre (Bathgate) and one in Arrochar House (Livingston), both closed on Thursday 28 March 2024 as part of measures agreed at the councils' budget setting meeting in February 2023.

Although these payment offices are no longer be available, customers are not short of options to make payments:

What if I need to speak to someone for further advice on payments?

The Customer Information Service (CIS) is open on an appointment basis to deal with enquiries regarding all council services; including payments, account balances, arrears/debt.
