West Calder CIS

West Calder CIS is open on an appointment basis.

Customers should phone 01506 280150 to speak with one of our officers and book an appointment. 

The phone line operates between the hours of 9am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 3.30pm on a Friday. 

Currently there is no drop-in service.

Attending your appointment

Please follow these simple steps:

  • Arrive at your appointment time. We have limited seating in our CIS offices (including waiting areas).

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment please call ahead to rearrange your appointment (phone 01506 280150).

  • Our staff are here to help you, please respect them at all times.

     

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible.

 

Payment Offices

Payment Offices at Arrochar House (Livingston) and The Jim Walker Partnership Centre (Bathgate) are now permanently closed.

Please note: at the council's budget setting meeting in February 2023, a proposal to close the Payment Offices was approved. The offices closed on Thursday 28 March 2024.

Parking

There is a car park within the grounds of the building and access is from Limefield Road. However, parking is limited with only 6 spaces available - this includes one accessible space.

Customers can access the building via one of two entrances: the main front door or the side entrance (which is fully accessible).
