CIS Advisers can provide advice and assistance on all council services. If you need more specialist information, advice or assistance we are able to make referrals to a range of council and external services based in West Lothian.
Customers can make an appointment to meet with a CIS Adviser by contacting the CIS Appointment Line on 01506 280150.The appointment line operates during the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 9am - 4.30pm
- Friday: 9am - 3.30pm

Payments - How do I make a payment to West Lothian Council?

Accessibility
- There is a car park within the grounds of the building and access is from Harburn Road. However, parking is limited with only 6 spaces available which includes one accessible space.
- Customers can access the building via one of two entrances: the main front door or the side entrance (which is fully accessible).
- Local bus stop is approximately 300 yards away and sits opposite the Arnold Clark building.
- Automatic doors to access centre and disabled push button access to foyer
