Service Update
Due to the ongoing situation with the COVID-19 pandemic and the effect this is having on the private rented sector, it has been agreed that all communication to registered landlords will be issues via SMS (text message) from the UK Gov Notify service.

The Services We Provide
The Landlord Registration Service is in place to maintain the register of local landlords within West Lothian. Our aim is to maintain accurate records, assist with registration enquiries and to ensure privately rented properties in West Lothian are maintained to the current Repairing Standards.
We can provide advice and training to existing landlords, ensure un-registered landlords register and give advice or assistance to tenants in having repairs completed.
