Single Person Discount

If you are over 18 and the only person living in the property you can apply for 25% discount. You can tell us if you have always lived alone or if your household details have changed.

Once your single person discount has been awarded, you do not need to reapply each year. However, you must tell us immediately if your circumstances change and you are no longer entitled to this discount (e.g. someone in the household turns 18 years of age or someone else 18 years of age or over moves in to the property).
