5. To help us direct your form to the correct office, please note the following information and select an area as appropriate:-
  - Armadale and Blackridge (includes Torphichen and Westfield)
  - Bathgate (includes Ballencrieff, Boghall, Whiteside and Birniehill)
  - Breich Valley (includes Addiewell, Breich, Fauldhouse, Longridge, Polbeth, Stoneyburn and West Calder)
  - Broxburn (includes Dechmont, Ecclesmachan, Uphall and Winchburgh)
  - Linlithgow (includes Bridgend, Newton, Philipstoun and Threemiletown)
  - Livingston East (includes East Calder, Kirknewton, Mid Calder, Pumpherston, Uphall Station and Wilkieston)
  - Livingston (Ladywell and Deans) Note, we only have lock-ups and garage plots in Ladywell and Deans. You need to stay in these areas to be considered for one. If you apply from an address out with these areas your application will be cancelled.
  - Whitburn and Blackburn (includes East Whitburn, Greenrigg and Seafield)
