World Book Night - Celebrating Quick Reads by The Reading Agency

Quick Reads, delivered by The Reading Agency, aims to bring the power and benefits of reading to everyone, including the one in two adults in the UK who do not regularly read and the one in six adults in the UK who find reading difficult. The scheme changes lives and plays a vital role in addressing the adult reading crisis in the UK.

The Quick Reads programme works with publishers to produce short, accessible, diverse, engaging and affordable books written by bestselling or popular authors, specifically for adults. The programme aims to provide a route into reading for people who do not yet perceive themselves as 'readers' or struggle with skills and confidence.
