Call 01506 280000 (Option 1). This is an automated payment line and you will need your account reference number and debit/credit card.

You can also pay by cheque. Please make your cheque payable to 'West Lothian Council', and send this to us at: Blue Badge Team, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston EH54 6FF. Please ensure you note your reference number and the words 'Blue Badge' on the reverse of the cheque.
