WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ABLE TO DEAL WITH ANY WALK IN ENQUIRIES

Death registrations will be completed remotely by telephone consultation. Once the registration team have received the Form 11 (Medical Certificate of Cause of Death) and next of kin details, we will call to complete the registration.. You will be asked to confirm a few details in order for us to complete a death certificate.
