Our two main offices are:
Livingston Registration Office - Civic Centre Livingston and Bathgate Registration Office - Jim Walker Partnership Centre Bathgate.

Please note: For Death Registration - A member of the registration team will be in contact with next of kin to register a death once the appropriate forms have been received in our office. All death registration will be completed remotely over the phone.
Birth Registrations - will be completed remotely over the telephone.
