Annual Surveys
Every year, the Corporate Procurement Unit surveys every customer and supplier that has been involved in a procurement exercise to get their feedback on the overall efficiency of the unit. Once responses have been received, the Corporate Procurement Unit will then review every response and create a "You Said, We Did" document, which provides information on the actions completed based on your feedback.
