Sheltered Housing
West Lothian Council operate a number of sheltered housing options offering one bedroom and bedsit accommodation. These include a range of facilities including laundry, assisted bathroom and communal areas.
Rosemount Court, Bathgate: consists of 47 accommodations, large communal dining and lounge areas for tenant social events.
Jane Place, Bathgate: consists of 13 accommodations. The development has one twin guest room and assisted shower room (also available to Rosemount court guests), upstairs lounge and kitchen area for social events, meetings etc.
Brucefield House, Whitburn: Consists of 21 one bedroom accommodations. Assisted bathroom, tenant's kitchen and communal area. If required, sheltered housing tenants can buy into meal service available.
Norvell Lodge, Bathgate: has 28 accommodations. The facility includes lift, lounge, dining room, laundry, guest facilities, garden, hairdressing salon, assisted bathing facility.
Cunnigar House, Mid Calder: has 20 accommodations The facility includes lounge, dining room, laundry, guest facilities, garden, assisted bathing facility
Most tenancies have level access, wet floor showers.
