Current Road Closures, Diversions and Traffic Disruptions
Details of road closures and diversions currently in place in West Lothian.
It is our aim to limit the inconvenience to road users during maintenance works however, from time to time, we need to close roads or divert the traffic.

Marjoribanks Street, Gideon Street, Hopetoun Place, Drumcross Road & Torphichen Street will have closures and parking suspensions in place for road works
The A779, Bathgate will be closed from from Boghall Roundabout to Starlaw East Roundabout for carriageway repair
The footpath on Inchmuir Road will be closed between Units 1 to 11 and parking also suspended for footpath reconstruction
The C5 will be closed at the junction of the C6 to Comely Park for cabling works
The A70 near Harperrig in the rural south of West Lothian is set to be closed for essential carriageway reconstruction and road safety improvement works.
The U18 will be closed from the A89 To Peniel Place for cabling works
The C27 will be closed from the junction with the A71 to the Junction with the B7031 for carriageway resurfacing
Local residents in the Wester Inch area of Bathgate are being warned over potential travel disruption due to building works
A 30mph speed limit will be on the B9080, Winchburgh with rolling lights for Scottish water slip lining works
Burnside road, Loaninghill cottages, Middleton Road, Middleton Avenue and Westhall Gardens will be closed on a rolling basis for street lighting works.
