Employment Pathway Grant
West Lothian Council's Economic Development Service is committed to helping local businesses create sustainable jobs for unemployed young people aged 16-24 and eligible parents with dependent children through the Employment Pathway Grant (EPG).
The Employment Pathway Grant is a programme designed to support local businesses and third sector organisations to create new employment opportunities specifically for unemployed young people (aged 16-24) and eligible parents with dependent children who are West Lothian residents.
Successful applicants will receive 100% of the salary of the new employee (based on the employee receiving the Real Living Wage), for a minimum of 12 hours and up to a maximum of 40 hours per week for up to 3 months.
