Access2employment provides West Lothian residents with support and information on gaining employment, training and education.

Facing the prospect of losing your job or being made redundant can be a stressful and confusing time.
West Lothian Council's Economic Development Service is committed to helping local businesses create sustainable jobs for unemployed young people aged 16-24 and parents with dependent children through the Employment Pathway Grant (EPG).
Do you have a barrier to employment? This could be a learning or physical disability, ASD or additional support needs? Do you also have a criminal record and don't know how to talk about this with an employer? Or, are you a parent with a disability, trying to access work, or change jobs and you don't know where to begin?
