  1. This is an application form for relief available under the Non-Domestic Rates (Hospitality Relief) (Scotland) Regulations 2025.
    
    The 40% relief for eligible properties in these sectors will be available for the financial year 2025-26 only.
    
    Eligible properties are those used wholly or mainly for the specified purposes set out in Schedule 1 of the regulations.
    
    If the property in question is already in receipt of 100% relief in 2025-26, such as the small business bonus scheme, you should not apply for Hospitality Relief.
