Roads Adoption Information

A charge of £75 will be applied for the request of any road's adoption information you may require from the Council.

Applications and payment should be submitted following the web link below:

If you have an enquiry about who maintains a road or footpath, please make an application using the above link. On completion please email your request along with the payment reference number to - adoptionenquiry@westlothian.gov.uk (opens new window)

Please provide a property address and if possible a plan showing the area of road or footpath relating to your enquiry.
