2024/25 - Amended Draft Scheme for Establishment of Community Councils and Supporting Documents

The final round of statutory consultation to develop a new Scheme for Establishment of Community Councils closed on 20 February 2025.

The Scheme Review Working Group are no developing a Final Scheme, Constitution & Standing Orders, Code of Conduct and Update Community Council Guidance Notes for approval by West Lothian Council which will be issued to all community council members in due course.
