We offer many services and opportunities such as subsidised/free nutritional food, lunch clubs and games clubs, in a safe, non-judgemental and inclusive area to meet up and make new friendships in an organic way. We believe that friendships made because of shared interests are longer lasting and more real than those manufactured.

This project is a 12-month course aimed at those in transition, transitioned, those affected with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and many who are exploring their sexuality whether they be a younger adult or a more mature person that has only recently discovered themselves. It will also be promoted to local youth clubs to raise awareness around issues of gender. It will be delivered in Bathgate and will involve a monthly in-person meeting in a safe non-judgemental environment to explore one's outer image that represents their inner self. Providing professional make-up artists to teach a desired look as well as application skills; hair stylists for wig care and maintenance; also, peer support with hair removal systems and techniques. The project will enable individuals to gain the skills and confidence to be 'their best self' in a caring, positive and fun environment with like-minded people. This will help mental health, combat isolation and give individuals the shared confidence to socialise, mix and extend social bubbles through working as a group. The sessions will be mixed and open to all with the aim that by general conversation whilst involved in the same fun activities this will raise awareness, demystify and counter any preconceptions people may have about transgender issues. Parents may find sessions helpful in coming to understand diversity in their child.
