What to Expect
The council will:
- Complete two surveys of your property; these will help to determine what work is required;
- Provide a full explanation of the planned works once the completed survey reports are received;
- Complete a final inspection and customer satisfaction survey once works are completed.
We need you to:
- Assist us at all stages;
- Contact us to arrange suitable appointment date(s);
- Allow access to your home on the agreed date(s) to complete the work;
- Provide feedback on the completed work;
- Ensure that you have adequate home contents insurance. Further information can be found at the bottom of this page.
