Warm Home Discount scheme

Please ensure that if you are eligible for the scheme you get your application in as soon as possible with your own supplier.

Please remember that only those in the 'core group' receive this automatically. This is only customers in receipt of Guarantee Credit element of Pension Credit and if you are in this group should have already received a letter by now. For people living in Scotland and in the Broader Group, you must actively apply for the Warm Home Discount, it is not paid automatically like it is in England and Wales.
