More Choices More Chances (MCMC) Keyworkers Services

Our MCMC Keyworkers provide one to one support to young people supporting them to develop the confidence, skills and knowledge to make a successful transition into further education, work-based training or employment.

MCMC keyworkers work with young people who need support and guidance to access further education, training or employment.  The MCMC team has been established for over 13 years and has a range of in-school and post-school services available for young people age 15-24.

School keyworkers provide intensive support to targeted young people across all eleven mainstream secondary schools, while the post school team work with young people on HYPE Learning Agreements and The Skills Training Programme.
