Payment of Annual Fees for Premises Licences
Annual fees are payable by 1 October each year by all premises licence holders.
The Board will issue reminders to all premises licence holders regarding the annual fee and therefore it is important that licence holders' addresses are kept up to date.
The annual fee is calculated based on the rateable value of the premises. Details of fees
You can pay your annual fee by either of the following methods;
Online: an online system is available and you can pay online using a debit or credit card by clicking here Annual Fee Online Payment however, when using the online service for the first time you will need to create an online account by clicking on the "register" link on the payment webpage. Before you can register you will need to tell us which email address you will be using to register. Please email to do this. Once we have responded to your email by advising that your details have been updated you will be able to register.
By post: by posting a cheque or postal order to West Lothian Licensing Board, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston, EH54 6FF. Your cheque should be made out to West Lothian Licensing Board. Please enclose a copy of your reminder letter with your payment.
Payments will only be accepted by one of the methods stated above therefore no BACS payments can be accepted and no payments of any kind can be accepted at West Lothian Civic Centre.
If you have difficulty in making the payment by either of the above methods or if you pay by one of the above methods and do not receive an acknowledgment of your payment within 14 days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You should be aware that the reminder letter is your notice that the annual fee for your premises licence is due and a separate invoice will not be issued.
