The converted stable block houses the Visitor Centre where visitors can come for information on what to see and do in the Country Park and surrounding countryside, book the use of the Exhibition Room/general purpose room or relax in the conservatory and garden.
Interpretation is displayed throughout the building and there is a small range of gifts, confectionery and ice creams, hot and cold vending drinks. Whatever the season, there is always something of interest for visitors to Almondell & Calderwood Country Park - peace and quiet, walking the dog, a family barbecue, picnicking or simply soaking up the atmosphere.
