What to Bring to Your First Appointment:
As our service is externally funded, we ask that you bring the following documents to your first appointment:
- Photographic Identification: Passport or Driving Licence
- Proof of Address: Utility Bill or Council Tax Letter
- Proof of Employment Status: DWP letter (if in receipt of benefits) or a recent Payslip (if employed)
