Initiation of Development
It is a requirement of the Planning Act that you must advise the council when you begin work on your application. You can do this by using the form below.
Please note that you should not begin work until any suspensive conditions which are on your decision notice have been fully discharged. A suspensive condition is one which contains the words 'before work begins' or a similar phrase. If you have any doubts about any conditions which are on your consent you should contact the case officer for the application.
