We value your opinions and are committed to providing you with the opportunities to have your say on the way that the council services are offered. Consultation and customer engagement are an important way of gauging public opinion and provide feedback on the way those services are offered.
Effective customer insight ensures that the council develops its policies and services taking into account the views of individuals, communities, stakeholders, forums, organisations, and anyone interested in West Lothian.
We consult in a number of different ways, including:
- online surveys
- public meetings
- postal surveys
- focus groups or discussions
