Proposal to Relocate Beatlie School

West Lothian Council Education Executive agreed the proposal on 18 January 2022.

Proposal

West Lothian Council agreed, on 22 June 2021, to undertake formal consultation on the proposal to relocate Beatlie School, Livingston.

Consultation Period

The Consultation period has now closed.  This timescale adhered to the statutory consultation period for such circumstances which is a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks and include at least 30 school days.

Education Executive

West Lothian Council Education Executive, at its meeting on 18 January 2022, approved the proposal to relocate Beatlie School to purpose built accommodation at a site off Grange Road, Livingston. It is anticipated that Beatlie School will occupy the new facility in August 2023.

Decision
