Working Together to Support Young People
Community Learning and Development (CLD) Youth Services work with organisations across West Lothian to create positive opportunities for children and young people.
By working together with schools, businesses, community organisations, voluntary sector partners, public services and local organisations, we can share knowledge, provide new experiences and help young people develop the skills, confidence and connections they need to achieve their goals.
We welcome opportunities to work with partners who want to inspire, support and create meaningful experiences for young people.
How You Can Work With Us
Share your knowledge, experiences and expertise with young people through talks, assemblies, workshops or information sessions. This could include career journeys, awareness sessions, sharing industry knowledge or helping young people explore different opportunities.
Help young people develop skills and confidence by offering work experience, volunteering opportunities, workplace visits, mentoring or opportunities to learn more about different careers and industries.
Work with us to provide engaging activities, experiences and events for young people. This could include practical sessions, creative activities, demonstrations, challenges or opportunities linked to your organisation.
Support youth work activities by providing resources, experiences or opportunities that help create positive and engaging experiences for young people across West Lothian.
Collaborate with us on projects, campaigns and initiatives that give young people opportunities to develop skills, share their views, build confidence and contribute to their communities.
Work with young people to explore issues that matter to them by supporting discussions, consultations and activities that encourage young people to share their views and experiences.
