If you experience any issues with your address or your collection days are incorrect, you can report them using the collection calendar issues online form.

West Lothian residents should put out their bins on their usual collection dates over the Easter weekend.

Bins should be left out until they are emptied, householders are asked to be patient while crews work to clear any backlog caused by the bank holidays on Good Friday 18 April and Easter Monday 21 April 2025.

Resources will be prioritised to collect grey and brown bins on the bank holiday days, with green and blue bins likely to be delayed. Our hard-working teams are aiming to have all bins uplifted within a week of your usual collection date.
