Planning Condition Discharge
There is a fee payable of £115 per condition to discharge planning conditions on permissions and consents with a 2024 or later reference number. This fee is in line with The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications) (Scotland) Regulations 2022, (as amended by the 2024 Regulations).
To apply to discharge your planning conditions, please submit the required information through the ePlanning website. On completing the submission, you must clearly identify which conditions you are applying to discharge and submit all required information along with the fee.
