Sale of social work centre agreed
The former Bathgate Social Work Centre is set to be sold for over half a million pounds.

Council Executive have approved the sale of the Whitburn Road property to Kaim Park Investments Limited (KPIL), after they submitted the highest bid of £535,000.
The income raised will provide a capital receipt which be used to fund investments in other facilities to support delivery of essential services, such as schools or roads.
Disposing of the building will also deliver £45,000 of savings per year, which can then be used to fund vital services.
