New development for Eliburn given go ahead
Planning permission has been granted for 132 homes with associated infrastructure and landscaping at a site north of Houston Road and East of School House Road in Eliburn, Livingston.
Planning Permission was granted yesterday by the Development Management Committee (Wednesday 8 February).
The 6.83ha site is currently vacant land which is accessed off School House Road. The development comprises 33 affordable housing units set in the north east corner of the site.
The remainder of the 99 homes are for private sale.
Network Rail are the current owners of the site and the applicant is BDW Trading Ltd.
