Provosts' Festive Message
The festive period is often a time for reflection and giving thanks.
This marks my first festive period as Provost of West Lothian and I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for your kindness and support over the past few months.
I have been extremely fortunate to have met so many wonderful residents of West Lothian while carrying out some of the civic duties that come with the role of provost.
While enjoying time with my family over Christmas I will certainly be reflecting on these experiences and I look forward to meeting many more of you in the new year and beyond.
There is no doubt there is a real community spirit evident across West Lothian with so many people actively looking for ways to support one another.
I know many of you will be giving up time with your own families to volunteer and support others during the festive period and for that I give you my heartfelt thanks.
