    From 1 June 2024 Garden Waste collection will become a chargeable service and will require a permit to be displayed on your Brown Bin. Food waste can still be disposed of in the Brown Bin free of charge.

  1. Note that permits can only be used at the address specified on this application. Any permits found in use at other addresses will be investigated and cancelled. For more information, please see the Garden Waste Permit Scheme Terms and Conditions.
6. Payment
  1. Garden Waste permits cost £50 per year and are valid from 1 June through to 31 May. The easiest way to get your garden waste permit is to pay online.
    
    Tenants with a council rent account can choose to pay alongside their rent. This option will allow for the entire £50 charge to be paid across the remainder of the permit year, i.e. until 31 May.
