COVID 19 - Notification of Receipt of Shielding Letter for WLC Employees
Shielding is for people who are at very high risk of severe illness from coronavirus (COVID-19).
If the NHS has identified you as someone at risk of severe illness if you catch Coronavirus you will be contacted by letter with the instructions on the steps you must take and how to contact NHS services.
The Council is asking employees to advise us when they have received a shielding letter. This will help the council maintain up to date information about staff who are not available for work and ensure that employees who are shielding have access to appropriate support during this time.
Please note, where employees do not have access to a PC, we ask that this form is completed by the employee's line manager.
