The Scottish Welfare Fund team are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries and applications for Crisis Grants and Community Care Grants.
Due to the significant increase in demand it is taking us longer to deal with your application and normal timescales do not apply.
You will be contacted by a Scottish Welfare Fund Officer when your claim is ready to be assessed and advised whether your claim has been successful, refused or further information is required.
