Analysis of various surveys carried out to gauge opinion of the service provided by Community Transport
In 2019 the Community Transport team undertook a range of surveys to gauge customer satisfaction within the various services provided. Please see below for a summary of the results.
Survey 1
Service Users were asked six questions regarding the users experience of the Community Transport Service. The average results were as follows.

Survey 2
Day Care Centres were asked 8 questions to gauge their satisfaction with the Community Transport Service. 3 Centres responded and the average results of their responses were as follows.

Survey 3
Council centres that are served by the internal mail service were asked 7 questions to gauge their satisfaction with the service received. 19 responses were received and the average results of their responses were as follows.

Schools were asked 7 questions to gauge their satisfaction with the school meals delivery service. 23 schools responded and the average results of their responses were as follows.
