West Lothian ME/CFS Self Help Group (WLMESH)

West Lothian ME/CFS Self-help Group (WLMESH) is a local charity, established in 1984 to support those diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and their families, friends and/or carers who reside predominantly within West Lothian.

We currently have 3 informal monthly sessions:

Lunch Session

  • 1st Tuesday of each month from 12.30pm

The Ability Centre Cafe,
Carmondean Road,
Livingston,
EH54 8PT

An informal meeting where people can meet others who may have similar experiences. Please note refreshments and lunch are not provided but can be purchased cheaply from the cafe.

Drop In Session

  • 1st Saturday of each month 1pm - 4pm
  • 3rd Tuesday of each month 2pm - 4pm

The WLMESH Hub,
3A Baird Road,
Kirkton Campus,
Livingston,
EH54 7AZ

An informal session where users can drop in for a chat or play some games.  This session will also host craft activities and therapeutic services such as Reiki and Hypnotherapy.  Details of such activities will be posted on our Facebook pages and our website, as they are arranged.  Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are available during this session.
