HcL (Dial-a-Ride & Dial-a-Bus)
Dial-A-Ride provides a door-to-door transport service for people with limited mobility who are unable to use ordinary buses.
The vehicles are specially adapted to carry combinations of wheelchair users and other passengers safely and comfortably.
You can make Two advance booking and in addition you can try for as many bookings on the same day or the day ahead although the availability of these bookings is subject to demand.

Eligibility: Elderly or disabled people living in West Lothian who have difficulty using ordinary buses. People with mobility restrictions.
