Library Activities
Booking is essential for all activities hosted in the libraries (unless specified otherwise). For more information or to book a place, please contact the library you wish to visit: Your Library
To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, places will remain limited based on the capacity at each library. Face coverings should be worn by adults, unless exempt and Test and Protect procedures through Check in Scotland remain in place.
All visitors will also be encouraged to maintain good hand hygiene with washing and sanitising facilities available in every venue, with a one-way system in place and windows and doors open where possible to increase ventilation.

- 24/05/2021 - Kindness in libraries week - 'Kindness Trees' will be displayed and free tags will be available in each of our 14 libraries. Visitors attending a library appointment will be encouraged to write kindness thoughts on a tag and place it on our 'Kindness Trees' for others to read and share. West Lothian libraries 'Kindness in Libraries' project is part of the Carnegie UK Trust - Creating Space for Kindness Initiative.
