Fitter Bits

This health and well-being course helps you to plan a healthier lifestyle, by looking at health and well-being information, trying out different health activities and by using apps.

Design your own health plan. This course will help you to think about your health and well-being. Each week we cover a different health topic from healthier food and drinks, to fun fitness activities and using apps on your phones and tablets to help you along - to achieve your own fitter bits in your life.

Small changes can make a big difference. This can be as easy as drinking more water, relaxing, moving and laughing more. There is the option to work towards an SQA qualification. Fitter Bits

"I still use the calorie counter and mindfulness apps every day and I am going to the gym"
