The Advice Shop is part of the Anti-Poverty Service, a free, impartial and confidential service to help the people of West Lothian. We aim to provide financial support, help to tackle poverty and promote inclusion and equality through a range of services.

These times are for phone and email enquiries only. Our offices have different walk-in hours (see "Visit us in-person" below).
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am to 4:00pm

Christmas and New Year Changes to Services
During the weeks starting 22 December and 29 December, in-person sessions will not run.
The only exception is Bathgate, which will be open on Monday 22 December and Tuesday 23 December, but closed on Wednesday 24 December.
The telephone service will be available as usual.
Please note that all services will be closed on 25 and 26 December, and on 1 and 2 January.
